Every morning, on an empty stomach, drink one ampoule, pure or diluted in a glass of water according to your taste.

- For a flash detox treatment, in case of constipation, digestive problems or movement, we recommend one ampoule accompanied by a large glass of lukewarm water.

- For a deep cleansing effect, we recommend a 2-week treatment.
