Shipping Policy
Deliveries in Metropolitan France
Deliveries are provided by La Poste's Colissimo service, including the following delivery options:
- Colissimo classic: Your package is delivered without signature
- Colissimo with signature : (Highly recommended) by choosing this option your package is delivered to you in exchange for a signature. In case of absence during delivery, you will receive a delivery notice, allowing you to collect your package from the nearest post office, within a period of 15 days from the date of the first delivery by the postman.
- Colissimo Point Retrait : This delivery method is carried out at a relay point via the Colissimo service, you will receive a notification by SMS or email indicating the availability of your package. It can be collected for a period of 10 days upon presentation of an identity card.
We advise you to choose the mode of transport with signature because without tracking number and signature, we will not accept any complaints.
Delivery times (after dispatch):
From 2 to 6 working days.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances can Loverska be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
Delivery costs
- 5€ (Colissimo without signature) for any purchase less than or equal to 50€
- 8€ (Colissimo with signature) for any purchase less than or equal to 50€
- Free for any purchase over €50

RETURNS
Returns are only possible in the event of an anomaly being noted (damaged or defective package)
Contact us by email at hello@loverska.com within a maximum of forty-eight hours (48h) following delivery of the package, indicating your order number, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Returns of shipped orders are the responsibility of the Customer.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number and signature because without tracking number and signature, we will not accept any claims.
If the item is refused by Loverska, it will be returned to the Customer at Loverska's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
EXCHANGES
We are sorry, but for hygiene reasons we do not offer product exchanges on our site.
